To welcome you in the best possible conditions, we will strictly follow the health security recommendations issued by the public authorities and the health authorities.
Your health and safety will be our main concern throughout the congress:
Sanitary passes will be controlled daily.
Wearing a mask will be compulsory in all areas of the congress. We invite you to bring your own masks.
Hydro-alcoholic gel will be available in various areas of the congress.
The usual social distancing and preventive measures must be strictly observed.
All areas and furniture will be organised and adapted according to the recommendations and will be disinfected regularly.
Due to current sanitary constraints, the congress will not be able to offer a cloakroom/baggage service.
All our service providers will apply the procedures recommended in the industry's guidelines and all staff working on the site during the congress will receive a specific briefing.
A "Health Risks" referent will be in charge of ensuring that the above rules are respected at all times.
As of today, access will be conditioned to a valid vaccin pass. A vaccine proof must be presented at the entrance of the congress (TousAntiCovid Carnet, certified paper proof with QR code). TousAntiCovid Verif is used to check the conformity of a proof to the rules in force at a given moment and does not allow to read health information of the participant, nor to store data.
