Registration fees
The registration fee (on-site and for the whole conference) includes :
 

• Admission to all conference sessions (on-site and online)
• The opening cocktail
• The opening ceremony
• Coffee breaks
• The closing ceremony
• The conference bag
• The digital programme of the conference
• Most of the social events
• An attendance certificate

One day registration only includes admission to conference sessions and social events held on the chosen day (with the exception of social events requiring additional fees).
 
The registration fee does not include lunches.

*In conformity with European regulations, I am informed that photos or videos will be taken by members of the organising committee or those mandated by the organising committee during the event "IGU-IGU Paris 2022 Time of the Geographers" and within the event sites and that I may be photographed or filmed. Hereby, I authorise the CNFG to reproduce and communicate to the public the photos or images taken.

Participant who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must announce themselves during the congress and of course no image of them will be taken.
If, despite all due care, a photograph or a film is published on the congress site, you can have it immediately removed on request to the organisers: contact@ugiparis2022.org
