Macroeconomic policies, governance, climate protection, and sustainable development are all aspects related to the blue economy. It includes the provision of sustainable and productive services from shore-side and aquatic activities without exploiting these resources. Nonetheless, it faces a number of challenges on which further development must be made in order to resolve them.
Global society has become increasingly interested in the concept of a blue economy over the past few years. Worldwide, there is an increase in water-related crises associated with innovative development strategies, shore-side recreation, and aquatic activities. The blue economy is the conversion of deficient to abundant resources to address issues of the environment (Kathijotes 2013) and management tools are imperative for addressing economic problems (Mulazzani et al 2016, Keen et al 2018) and for long term sustainable development goals (Soma et al 2018, Sarkar 2018).
A blue economy is a movement to enable economic growth and create more jobs by revitalizing marine activities such as shipbuilding, transportation, construction, telecommunications, aquatic resource development, pharmaceutics, fisheries, aquaculture, and most importantly, wave energy and tourism. The abstrat will also integrate perspectives on growth and sustainability of ecosystems and discusses macroeconomics, regulatory frameworks, and managerial and technological aspects of the blue economy. There have been a number of plans and frameworks for developing the blue economy in different regions and countries. This plan highlights key areas for marine development and future actions as well as the role of blue growth in marine policy. Towards sustainable marine development in the future, we must all understand, utilize, and protect the oceans. Presently, the blue economy is poised to become an increasingly powerful force behind global sustainable development, serving as the new development concept and "blue engine."
