In the recent decade, E-commerce and online shopping have accelerated the integration of the value chain on global garment manufacturing. The garment is one of the primary commodities of the global consumption-based network. Nevertheless, the COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the network pattern of the cross-border garments trade. The main reason is that the COVID-19 pandemic causes the regular blockade has radically challenged the import and export of Garments. Thus far, the existing research has paid scant attention to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the pattern change of the global garment trade network. To this end, this study focuses on the primary garment exporters (e.g., China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, and Italy) according to the trade data from the United Nations trade database in 2019-2021. To further understand the pattern change, the visualization method is employed to discuss the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on the global garment value chain and trade network pattern. Concurrently, this research analyzed the potential risks of the garment trade in the post-epidemic era, thereby offers three suggestions to garment manufacturing. The result contributes that the garment enterprises can formulate the appropriate strategies to construct the global resilient trade network under sustainable E-commerce.
