  • I forgot my password. How can I log in?
    If you have lost your password, you can ask for a new one by clicking the "Forgotten password?" link on the login page.
    If you do not receive any message, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
     
    I want to modify my password
    You have to log in with your original login and password. Then, click on the button "Forgotten password?".
     
    What is the language of the Conference?
    Oral presentations (as well as the debates during the sessions) can be delivered in one of the three following languages: English, French or Spanish.
    However, sessions’ proposals should be submitted in English or in French. 
    Please note that the Congress will not provide simultaneous or consecutive translation during the sessions. The sessions’ organisers will be in charge of the management of the eventual multilingualism of their sessions.
     
    What is the deadline for submission?
    The deadline is on October 1st, 2021
     
    I am having difficulty submitting my abstract. Instructions do not appear on my screen!
    For optimal viewing of the online session form system, your browser must allow acceptance of cookies, pop-up and javascript controls. We also highly recommend that you use Internet Explorer 8+, Chrome 5+, Safari 5+ or Firefox 3.6.

    It might also be caused by download restrictions if you submit from your hospital/institute. Security rules might block our system & javascripts as they estimate it is a danger and some functions of our system disappear.
    Therefore, we invite you to try to submit using another Internet access.
      
    The special characters do not appear in my submitted abstract?  How do I resolve this?

    Can I revise my proposal after it has been submitted?
    You will be able to modify submission 7 days after the submission date.

     Can I Delete my proposal?
    You can delete your submitted session on your control panel page
     
     When will I know if my proposal has been accepted by the scientific committee?
    A first round of answers will be given on October 15th, 2021. At this time you will know if your proposal is accepted or rejected.
    Only the chair of the session will receive email concerning the proposal and is responsible for informing all expected authors.
